Teleworking: new declaration procedure to the Social Security

The Joint Social Security Center has launched a new website to enable employers to declare the telecommuting status of their cross-border employees. This initiative is a response to the recent European agreement that aims to increase the threshold for participating countries from 25% to 50%.

To make the declaration, employers will need to access the newly launched website,, starting from July 1st. They will be required to complete an online form by logging in with a token. The token will be sent to companies through postal mail "in the coming days."
