On Tuesday, the LPEA - Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association, together with the Embassy of Luxembourg in Brussels and the BCBL Business Club Belgium-Luxembourg, had the pleasure of co-organising the second Brussels edition of the Luxembourg Private Equity Seminar, kindly hosted at TheMerode.

This edition exceeded expectations, with more than 250 registrations and a fully booked event, confirming the growing interest in the Belgium–Luxembourg private equity and venture capital ecosystem.

The afternoon brought together a distinguished group of professionals and featured high-quality discussions on key topics shaping the industry today: cross-border fund structuring, evergreen solutions, fundraising dynamics, practical insights from market players, and the role of tokenisation in private markets.

Beyond the strong attendance, what truly stood out was the richness of the exchanges and the diversity of perspectives shared throughout the seminar. This event continues to establish itself as a valuable platform to strengthen connections between Belgium and Luxembourg and to foster dialogue within the broader European investment landscape.
