
Networking event with Minister Lex Delles: Luxembourg at the forefront of innovation
The Business Club Belgium-Luxembourg had the honor of hosting, on May 21st at the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg Residence in Brussels, the Minister of the Economy, SMEs, Energy, and Tourism, Mr. Lex Delles, for an exclusive evening of discussion.
The evening began with welcoming remarks from H.E. Mr. Jean-Louis Thill, Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to Belgium, followed by Mr. Carlo Thelen, CEO and Director General of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.
In front of an audience composed of decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and institutional representatives, Minister Delles shared his ambitious vision to strengthen Luxembourg’s attractiveness and competitiveness. He notably outlined the main points of the "10 Action Points for Startups" plan, as well as ongoing efforts to simplify administrative procedures to foster innovation.
His speech, characterized by a committed tone, also highlighted European issues related to industrial competitiveness, customs policies, and the consolidation of the internal market.
The evening concluded with a cocktail reception, facilitating exchanges and networking.
