Luxembourgish Chef Archibald De Prince Wins Bocuse d'Or Belgium, Aims for European Glory
Archibald De Prince, the Luxembourgish chef of La Distillerie restaurant at Château de Bourglinster, won the gold medal in the Belgian national selection of the Bocuse d'Or. By representing Belgium in the European final in Trondheim in March, he aims to qualify for the prestigious Bocuse d'Or grand final in Lyon in 2025. Established by the legendary chef Paul Bocuse in 1987, the competition is a renowned culinary event. Luxembourg previously secured the trophy in 1989 with Léa Linster.
