Belgium proposes a 4-day week, without a reduction in working time
The country approved its "jobs deal" which makes working time more flexible as workers have the choice to work four or five days. This reform, which does not involve a reduction in working time, is intended to create jobs. Experiments with the four-day work week are increasing around the world.
