As a private chef and caterer, I have built my reputation through word of mouth. I also evolve on social networks, but in my profession, even if beautiful photos speak for themselves, nothing beats the taste experience. With the arrival of COVID, as I no longer had the opportunity to meet my potential audience, I took the risk of opening a high-end tasting room and a more affordable catering service, so that anyone who wanted to taste my creations could enjoy them. In my establishment, customers feel privileged because I take care of them, alone, from appetizers to dessert. The menus are composed according to their wishes. It is not a restaurant. I only open my establishment by reservation. The catering service also works with advance reservations for take-away meals, so I never have any losses and the customers know that I cook just for them and not "on the line". It's this attention to the customer and the little details that make my concept so good and so well known.
