DEGOTTE SA was founded more than sixty years ago. It is located in the industrial park of Hauts-Sarts, in Liege.  About forty years ago, the company started to study and build high quality prefabricated modular pavilions. At first customers were mainly steel industries of the area (cabins and offices), then for other industrial sectors and B2B in general.

Over the years, DEGOTTE has become the leader in Wallonia in its sector of activity, i.e. off-site architectural and tailor made construction.

DEGOTTE is a General Construction Company with a class D6, certified ISO 9001:2015. It covers the entire value chain, from design to after-sales service.

All activities are currently carried out on the Herstal site (1.5 ha of land and 2700m2 of buildings: 2300m2 of workshop and 400m2 of offices). Given our development, we occupy a second workshop of 2,000 m² located just in front of our first site (on the other side of the street).

From a Social Responsibility standpoint, we know the high impact of construction on our environment and our future. As designers and builders we have a daily responsibility to raise the efficiency of the buildings we are creating.

Limiting as much as we can ground artificialization, industrialization of the processes allowing wastes reduction and flexible construction should allow evolution of our way of living.

In 2017, the company started its development in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. In January 2021, DEGOTTE SA decided to officially establish itself in Luxembourg and created a sister company, named DEGOTTE SARL, in order to reinforce its offer and development in the country.

On May 2^nd  2023, as a first step, we hired two engineers for the Bettembourg office in order to create our own design office.

The dynamics of the Luxembourg market is such that we hope to quickly double the number of employees. Next step will certainly be the creation of a team of site assemblers who, given the current volume, will be 100% occupied in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
