B2G COCKTAIL – The high-level networking event to kick-off the business program of the Belgian State Visit to Luxembourg
On the occasion of the State Visit to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg of Their Majesties the King and the Queen of the Belgians, the Business Club Belgium–Luxembourg (BCBL) organized in collaboration with the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium, the Business-2-Government cocktail in presence of HE Etienne Schneider, Luxembourg Minister of the Economy on Tuesday 15th of October 2019 at the Melia Hotel in Luxembourg City.
The B2G cocktail was a prestigious opportunity to celebrate the close ties of the Belgian and Luxembourg business communities, and provided a high-level networking event for the members of the BCBL, the companies of the official delegation and representatives of both governments.
Speeches were made by - HE Etienne Schneider, Luxembourg Minister of the Economy, - Bernard Gilliot, President of FEB, - Luc Frieden, President of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, and - Rik Vandenberghe, President of the Business Club Belgium-Luxembourg. The focus was on the privileged relations between the Grand Duchy and Belgium, the strong cooperation in numerous business sectors, and new avenues for the future.
