The "Wooden" building, designed according to the architectural concept of the ArtBuild office (a BCBL member) and primarily leased by Baloise, was officially inaugurated on July 5th.

This wooden construction, the result of a collaboration between BPI Real Estate and Iko Real Estate, undoubtedly represents a significant milestone in the architectural landscape of Luxembourg.

Located in Leudelange, the "Wooden" is currently the largest commercial building constructed with a wooden structure in Luxembourg.
