Its CEO Serge Hercek is an expert in corporate strategy and communication advisor to CEOs and Boards of Directors.

He has held important positions on the boards of international groups and participated in sensitive missions in terms of restructuring, strategic development, and positioning of public and private organizations at national and international level.

He knows perfectly the strategic, technical, operational, communicational, and human mechanisms that make the success of organizations at CEO, Board, top and middle management level.

Go To Sirius work on the global approach of a strategy and propose also to help our customers to develop this strategy in their own company or business in terms of strategic communication & corporate affairs.

Go To Sirius propose to give you services and advice on these issues: change management, project management, restructuring, crisis communication, merger & acquisition, communications plan actions and events partnership.

We give also as communication adviser individual training and coaching in personal communication for Executive Committee and Board of Directors. We work principally on the capacity to be more efficient by using a controlled emotional communication to increase the vision, the capacity of management and the leadership.

We provide those advice to public and private clients, large and middle size organizations all over Europe.
